A FULL DAY OF INTENSIVE RECRUITING PSYCHOLOGY FOR THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY
Imagine you're standing on the edge of a large alpine lake, fishing pole in hand. Just under the water and out of sight, the lake is teeming with fish.
How can you turn this opportunity into a stringer full of trout?
To the expert angler the answer is easy: Think like the fish.
What are the most common food sources in this lake? Where do the fish go in the lake to hide from predators? What time of day do the fish actively feed?
Answers to these questions (and several others) tell you exactly what to do and how to do it. Without these answers, you're just blindly casting into the lake and hoping for the best.
Most people approach recruiting like a novice fisherman approaches a new lake. They cast randomly into a pool of candidates and wonder why they get such poor results.
They forget to ask the first and most important question in the recruiting process: What's going on in the mind of the candidate?
The ThirdPool Edge Conference will help you learn and embrace the proven principles of psychology to optimize every step of the recruiting process.
We'll take you to the edge of the third pool and teach you how to think like the candidate.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN AT THE THIRDPOOL EDGE CONFERENCE
Understanding the simple psychology of people is a necessary component of any manager's tackle box.
Without some kind of framework, the actions of the people around you can seem puzzling and disconnected. With a framework, the same actions take on meaning and allow you to make decisions that move you and your team towards your goals.
In the recruiting process, the need for a framework is even more amplified. Everything is directly affected by the thoughts and perceptions of those involved in the hiring process.
Why do some candidates engage more quickly than others?
Why are my best candidates not calling me back after the interview?
Some candidates ask me lots of questions during the interview. What does that tell me about these people?
Several of my best candidates have recently dropped out of real estate school.
What is causing them to disengage at this point in the process?
….and hundreds of other questions. Many of your questions are related to the unique circumstances in your community, your company, your candidates, and your recruiting process.
Can we answer all these questions? Of course not.
But, we can teach you the simple psychology of candidate behavior.
At the ThirdPool Edge Conference you'll learn what's happening in the minds of your candidates. This is the first and most important step in the recruiting process.
You'll take away a framework to answer the unique questions you have about candidate behavior in the recruiting process.
